T-2 days to shakes
T-11 days to surgery
Concerns: maintaining this liquid diet, that surgery goes well, and trying to sneak some time on obesityhelp.com
Feats: almost all set for everything around the house. Excited to see what is to come. Picked up vitamins.... :)
Working tonight & tomorrow night then monday am have my pre-op appointment, THEN I get some rest and have to work monday night!
Off for a day then a 6a-6p. Then off until the surgery. The nice thing about the 6a-6p shift is that well I am done at 6 pm!!
Thats all for now.

This week is winding down to the end....
of eating all normal foods!
On monday I start the journey of not eating anything for 9 days. I will start a liquid diet. 9 wonderful days of shakes, crystal light, and things that are just plain ol' bland foods. I hope the protine shakes are filling enough...
However I know that this will eventually be for the better. I'm so nervous for the 27th to come. I know it can only bring good things. However I think this will now be the longest part of this already long journey.
Now don't get me wrong. I knew this wasn't going to be a small feat...and I knew that I would have to push through the long stuff to get to the surgery...and I know that after the surgery it is going to be a journey to make sure to a. lose the weight and b. keep it off.
I am dedicating myself to this in hopes that I can do this, and right! All that matters is I'm doing something good for myself in the long run to be there for an adorable little boy I have...oh and my boyfriend, the man I love.
my other concern is that it's going to be a longer stay than I want in the hospital. But I'm not going to rush myself and end up doing something that will keep me in past Halloween...my goal is to be discharged on the day before Halloween...so I can see my little critter in his costume and all the other little kids in theirs. I love seeing the different costumes, and I'll be bummed if I have to stay later than I plan!
Alright, I guess it's back to work for me. If you like paper crafts and have time, please stop by my other blog!!
